What is a Tea infuser used for?
A stainless steel tea infuser is used to steep loose leaf tea. You place the tea leaves inside the infuser, close it securely, and submerge it in hot water to brew tea.
How to use the tea infuser?

Once your order is done being freshly roasted, we ship free standard shipping for US orders over $50.

If you would like to cancel an order after it has been shipped, we will attempt to intercept the package through the delivery service, although this is not guaranteed. Intercept services do have fees associated with them, so we will deduct the cost to intercept from your refund. If interception is not possible, you can send the package back by either refusing the package at delivery or shipping it back to us.
If you refuse the package and send it back to us, we will be charged a fee from the mailing service and will deduct that fee from your refund.

What is your return policy?
Lifeboost wants you to be completely and perfectly satisfied, and that is why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the date you ordered your product(s). Now don't get me wrong, we'd love to know why you didn't like it, but only if you are willing to tell us. Otherwise, it's 100% satisfaction guaranteed return. No questions asked.
Here's how it works:
Contact our customer service team by calling 1-800-479-1596, Monday- Friday, 9am – 6pm ET. We will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number), and we will also provide you the return address to ship the product back to us. We really make it simple and as easy as possible.
Return the empty and unused portion of your product, the original invoice that came with your product (if you don't have that please indicate the date you purchased your product so we can attempt to look it up) and your RMA number. We must receive the return within 30 days from the date you originally purchased the item, for the refund to be valid.
It is your responsibility to pay the return postage and we recommend you send it to us with tracking or delivery confirmation to expedite the process and avoid delays. Note: We must receive the bag(s) within 30 days from the date you originally purchased the item, for the refund to be valid.
The charges (excluding shipping and handling fees) are fully refundable. We really want you to be satisfied, but we must adhere to these guidelines in order to be fair and consistent.

Last but not least, empty product containers can only be returned if adequate time has passed that would allow you to consume the product as directed. We want to be fair, but we can't refund 6 months worth of empty product containers after 1 month. We want to be fair with you and hope you will be fair with us too.
It usually takes a week to process your package, and another 7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for a bank (debit card) or credit card company to refund to your card or bank account(debit card).

If you received a wrong product due to our error, please return the product unopened in the same package in which you received it and include a copy of the invoice. You will receive credit for the product once we receive the return. We will ship you the correct product at no additional shipping expense.
Shipping Damage:
If your package is visibly damaged upon arrival, refuse the package and have it delivered back to us. Contact us immediately at support@lifeboostcoffee.com or by calling toll-free at 1-800-479-1596 and we will have a replacement order shipped to you right away at no additional shipping expense.
Defective Products:
If you receive a product that is defective, out of date, or is in any way damaged from something other than shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please return the product in the same package in which you received it and include a copy of the invoice. We will ship you the correct product at no additional shipping expense or refund your money.
Your Error:
If you ordered a product by mistake or are unhappy with the item, you may return for a full refund, less any shipping charges or other fees associated with the order. Shipping will be done at your expense. You will receive credit which you may spend at our store for your item upon receipt.

Unused items (unopened and unwashed) and items returned for verifiable manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days of delivery, for 100% refund on the cost of the returned items. Shipping fees for any other returns are not refundable. There is a 15% restocking fee for opened, washed, and/or used items that are not defective.

All returned items must be in unused condition and must be accompanied by all original contents. Missing contents will result in a reduced credit amount. All warranty cards must be left blank. Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer's box that has not been defaced or altered in any way.

If a product is being sent in for warranty service and repairs, the customer is liable for the shipment of the unit to our warranty service center.
